Day 1
Arrival - New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB) - On arrival you will be received by our representative - He will assist you to board vehicle for Phuentsholing - 180 Kilometers / 4 ½ hours - This drive passes through lush green tea gardens. Bhutan – It is one of the most exotic destinations with unique and treasured tradition, culture, religion and natural environment and it offer's unmatched high - altitude beauty. Bhutan is inhabited by peaceful people with colorful culture and tradition. High Mountain passes with magnificent views, roads passing through lush valleys, rushing streams, stunning lakes, wildlife with blue sheep, various birds, yaks and yak herders, takins, and monkeys are just tempting. Its pristine environment is just about the right place for unwinding - Evening free for shopping and to stroll around the local market – Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 2
Early morning breakfast – Drive Phuentsholing to Thimpu - 176 Kilometers / 06 hours – Early morning breakfast - Drive to Thimpu - Thimpu – At an elevation of 2,350 meters the city spread across the western slopes of the Wang Chhu river valley. The aarchitecture of its houses and buildings is striking and the people with colorful culture and tradition makes this place quite attractive. Another striking feature is there is no traffic lights but the city takes pride in its traffic police that directs the oncoming traffic with their dance-like movement of their arms and hands – Check in to hotel - Lunch at hotel / outside – If time permits visit visiting Kharbandi Gompa, the beautiful monastery situated in the garden of tropical plants and flowers or to the Traditional Medicine Hospital where herbal medicines are prepared or visit to Dechenchholing to see traditional gold and silver smiths at work is worth a visit - Evening free for shopping and to stroll around the local market – Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 3
Early morning breakfast – Sightseeing - Visit to Memorial Chorten, Tashichho Dzong, Folk Heritage Museum, Takin Sanctuary etc. National library, which holds a vast collection of ancient Buddhist texts, manuscripts and printing blocks for prayer flags. Memorial Chorten, this beautiful stupa is built in the memory of the third king of Bhutan, who is regarded as the Father of Modern Bhutan. The paintings and statues inside the monuments give a rare insight into Buddhist philosophy - Evening visit to Handicrafts Emporium - Overnight at hotel.
Day 4
Early morning breakfast – Drive from Thimpu - Paro - 65 kilometers - 2 hours - Paro – It is a beautiful valley and one of the most attractive tourist destinations with the only international airport of the country. The road to Phuentsholing runs through the valley, amid a patch work of rice, paddies, wheat fields and trout filled streams. Paro Chuu flows south from its watershed in the Chomolhari range and on the slopes is the Paro Dzong, at an altitude of just over 7000 feet one of the most strategic fortresses. On the way visit to Simtokha Dzong built in 1627, the oldest fortress of the Kingdom - It now houses school for Buddhist studies – Check into hotel and have lunch – After lunch, visit to Ta Dzong; originally served as a watchtower, it has been serving as the museum of the country since 1967. It displays collection of arts, relics and religious thangkha paintings.
Day 5
Early morning breakfast – Local sight seeing to Pinpung Dzong literally means Fortress of the heap of jewels it has fascinating history is also the venue of the paro tsechu (religious festival);Kyichu Lhakahng, one of the oldest monasteries of the kingdom. Drugyel Dzong built in 1647, by Shabdrung Ngawang Namgyal. It was destroyed by an accidental fire in 1951 – Evening free to roam around in the city - Overnight in Hotel.
Day 6
Early morning breakfast – Drive Paro to Phuentsholing - 241 kilometers – 5 ½ hours – Further drive to Phuentsholing – Phuentsholing is a border town in southern Bhutan, close to Indian town of Jaigaon and is situated in Chukha Dzongkang. It has thriving local economy and the town serves as headquarters for the Bank of Bhutan - It is approachable only by road, the city is connected to major Indian Railways station New Jalpaiguri (NJP) - Buses are run both by travel operators in India and Bhutan government run buses - Lunch on the way - Overnight stay at Phuentsholing – Evening free to roam around in the city - Overnight in Hotel.

Departure - Early morning breakfast – Drive from Phuentsholing to Siliguri / Bagdogra – 180 kilometers / 4 ½ hours to New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB) - For your onward connection / journey.
